Danny Corker
Lecturer, Music Production *
Danny teaches Music Production at BIMM Music Institute Brighton. He is a freelance music producer with a BA (Hons) in Music Production and a Post Graduate Certification in Education, working primarily in songwriting and production for artists as well as library music for TV and Film.
Alongside music, Danny has a broad knowledge of Creative Industries based education gained through previous roles across varying levels of different awarding bodies.
Danny has co-written and produced with various artists including some notable works with India based singer Monsoonsiren, with production credits attributed to the EP 'Falstrati', which garnered positive support from publications such as Rolling Stone and Vogue, as well as radio premieres from Mary-Anne Hobbs and Nemone on BBC Radio 6 and Jeremy Sole for KCRW in the US.
Danny has written and produced tracks for sports camera company GoPro for TV/Web campaigns as well as for use in their proprietary video editing software. Alongside this Danny has produced music for a short film titled ‘Track’ that was premiered during 2015’s Melbourne Spring Fashion Week.
